DECEMBER 2025 - We are in the process of propagating our orchids. As there is quite a long waiting list we have made some available for purchase now. These will be supplied as freshly potted tubers with active growth as of January 26.
Dactylorhiza fuchsii
Ranges from 15-60cm tall. Dense flower spike June-August. Flower colour varies from white to pale purple, with purple spots, purple loops, dots or dashes. Leaves are spotted also, and sprout up early Spring.
Tolerant of most soil types, and grows happily on roadside verges, footpaths, woodlands, and meadows.
By far the easiest Native Orchid to manage in a wildflower meadow!
